A Trusted London
Partner Since 1986

MCO Prestige was established in London in 1986 and has spent the last four decades supporting clients whose requirements often extend well beyond simply providing a vehicle and driver.

Our work has involved private families, royalty, diplomatic clients, senior executives, international visitors and organisations responsible for arranging complex travel programmes.

The visible part may be simple: the correct vehicle arrives at the correct place at the correct time. Behind that movement, flights move, hotels change, passenger numbers increase and family programmes run simultaneously.

Our operations team manages those elements centrally. An established chauffeur fleet and close protection capability allow transport, security and wider ground requirements to be coordinated through one structure.

One client journey. Two specialists. One seamless experience.

MCO Prestige does not view its relationships with travel companies simply as a route to individual bookings. The strongest partnerships become long-term working relationships in which each business strengthens what the other can offer its clients.

Our work with advisors in Dubai, New York, Rome and Singapore has given us a clear understanding of what an overseas travel professional needs from a London partner. Communication must be straightforward. Recommendations need to be practical. Responses need to be quick. Most importantly, the advisor needs confidence that the ground element is being managed without constant supervision.

We can operate openly as the London supplier, discreetly behind the advisor or within a structure agreed specifically for that relationship. Client communication, invoicing and the level of MCO visibility can all be discussed in advance.

Discretion is equally important. Our chauffeurs, security personnel and operations staff are accustomed to working around private families, high-profile principals and confidential itineraries. In this part of the industry, professionalism is often demonstrated by knowing when not to speak, when not to ask unnecessary questions and when simply to make something happen quietly.

That creates a straightforward alignment of interests. The travel partner gains an experienced London operation, access to our wider network and an additional source of commercial value. MCO Prestige gains business through a trusted professional relationship. And the client benefits from two specialist businesses working together within their respective areas of expertise.

Ground Operations
Built Around
the Itinerary

MCO Prestige provides the London operation around the itinerary, rather than asking the itinerary to fit around us. From a single airport transfer to a complex multi-day programme, we can take responsibility for as much or as little of the ground operation as our partners require. That may mean simply providing the right chauffeur and vehicle, or managing the wider movement in full, including close protection, private aviation transfers, luggage vehicles, hotel and residence collections, event transport and live changes as the schedule develops. Our operations team coordinates drivers, the vehicles and timings, routing and passenger requirements through one central point of contact, giving travel partners the freedom to retain control where they want it and hand over the operational detail where they need support.

MCO Prestige has been operating in London since 1986. Over that time, the value of the business has grown far beyond the vehicles we operate.

Four decades in the city have created relationships across the chauffeur, close protection, concierge and private-client industries. Our network extends through hotels, restaurants, private members’ clubs, aviation, security providers and many of the people and organisations involved in looking after international private clients when they are in London. For our travel partners, that network can become part of the service.

There are occasions when a programme develops beyond the original transport brief. A client may require an additional vehicle at short notice, a security officer, assistance with a difficult movement, local knowledge around a venue or simply someone who knows the right person to speak to. In those situations, experience matters.

A London Network Built Over 40 years. Deep Roots, Real Reach

Our operations team understands the difference between an itinerary that appears workable on paper and one that will operate properly on the ground. We understand realistic London journey times, hotel and residence access, airport procedures, vehicle restrictions, major event disruption, luggage requirements and the practical considerations that are often difficult to judge when planning a programme from overseas.

That knowledge allows us to do more than accept instructions. Where appropriate, we can advise our partners when there is a more practical way to structure a movement before it becomes a problem for the client.

The result is not simply access to a chauffeur company. It is access to a London network and an operations team that has spent decades working within it.

When the

The original booking matters. How we respond when it changes matters more.

One call. One operations team. The programme continues.

A chauffeur company is easy to assess when everything happens exactly as planned. The real test comes when it does not.

Private travel is rarely static. Aircraft are delayed. Meetings overrun. Guests join unexpectedly. Children follow different plans from their parents. A client changes hotel. Dinner moves. An additional vehicle becomes necessary. Security requirements develop during the trip.

At that point, the value of a strong ground partner becomes much clearer. MCO Prestige is structured to respond while a programme is live.

Our partners deal directly with an operations team rather than an anonymous booking platform. The people managing the booking understand the itinerary, the client requirements and the vehicles already involved, allowing decisions to be made quickly when circumstances change.

Our established fleet and driver network also provide depth behind the service. A travel partner should not have to worry that an entire programme depends upon one vehicle or one individual. Where additional capacity, replacement vehicles or further drivers are required, our role is to find the solution without handing the operational problem back to the advisor.

Where practical, we also aim to maintain continuity throughout longer assignments. Using the same chauffeur or a small, consistent driver team allows them to become familiar with the client’s preferences, family members, residences and daily routine, so the service becomes increasingly intuitive rather than beginning again every morning.

Transport and security do not need to operate as two unrelated services. Where protection becomes part of the requirement, vehicle selection, security drivers, close protection personnel and the wider itinerary can be considered together through the same operational team.

The objective is simple: when something changes, the travel advisor should be able to make one call and know that the issue is being handled.

Supporting the
Client Relationship,
Not Competing With It

MCO Prestige brings more than transport to a travel partnership. As one of London’s longest-established chauffeur companies, operating since 1986, our relationships run deep across the city’s chauffeur, close protection, concierge and hospitality industries, giving our partners access to a trusted network that extends from drivers and security personnel to restaurants, private members’ clubs and other key service providers.

We already work alongside travel agencies and advisors across international markets including Dubai, New York, Rome and Singapore, acting as their trusted London ground partner when clients require local expertise. The relationship is designed to be mutually beneficial: our partners gain an experienced London operation they can rely on, while MCO receives business through those introductions.

We also operate an agreed commission structure for referred work, with terms discussed openly and tailored so that the arrangement is commercially worthwhile for both sides.

Security-trained drivers, suitable vehicles and additional support — supplied around the way your team already works.

Close protection · MCO Prestige

Security companies often already have the principal, the brief and the protective structure in place.

What they need from MCO Prestige is dependable resource.

In many cases, that means providing experienced security-trained drivers who understand the requirements of close protection work and can operate appropriately alongside an existing team.

Where required, we can also supply suitable chauffeur vehicles, security drivers, additional close protection personnel, airport and private aviation movements, support vehicles and wider logistical assistance.

Our approach is deliberately flexible.

For some assignments, MCO may simply provide the driver and vehicle and remain largely hands-off from the wider operation.

For others, additional support may be required.

The level of involvement is determined entirely by the partner.

We do not need to sit inside the client relationship or command structure to add value. Our role is to provide reliable capability where it is needed and allow the security company to continue running the assignment in the way they choose.

Drivers Who Understand
the Environment

One of the most common requirements from our security partners is access to experienced security-trained drivers.

These assignments require more than ordinary chauffeur standards.

The driver must understand how to work around protection officers, principals, vehicle positioning, changing plans and the wider demands of a protective movement.

MCO Prestige can provide drivers with the appropriate experience for these environments, allowing the security company to add transport capability without having to source unfamiliar drivers independently.

Where vehicle requirements change, additional cars or drivers can also be introduced through the same supplier relationship.

The right driver should support the protection team, not need managing by it.

The Right Vehicle
For Every Requirement

Vehicle allocation is approached practically. An individual executive movement, a long-haul family arrival and a security-led programme each require a different combination of vehicles, drivers and support.

The difference is not just being in London, but understanding it.

An advisor in New York, Dubai, Geneva or Los Angeles should not need detailed knowledge of London transport operations. We understand the complete requirement and recommend the most sensible combination of vehicles, drivers, luggage capacity, routing, timing and oversight.
